Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReFiles ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Privacy and Data Processing

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

If you are a business customer processing personal data through ReFiles, our Data Processing Agreement applies to your use of the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ReFiles for your brokerage's transaction management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than your own transaction management
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in ReFiles
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Billing

ReFiles operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Getting Started Free

ReFiles may offer getting started free. If you are getting started free:

• You will not be charged during the trial period
• Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless you cancel
• You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges
• We reserve the right to limit or revoke getting started free at our discretion

Data Ownership and Access

You own all data you upload to ReFiles. This includes all transaction data, documents, and information related to your deals.

You can access, export, and delete your data at any time through your account.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReFiles Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
